ISC has for USAF on BMEWS at the Thule Air Base managed the replacement of the old high-pressure ventilation systems with modern low pressure and frequency controlled ventilation systems. The ventilation systems have been supplied with a heat recirculation systems where the excess heat from the radar´s cooling system is used in the 200.000 m3/ injections system. The steam boiler system, piping and control system were also replaced to a new 950kW low pressure water based heating system as well as a 350kW cooling and condensation system.
