ISC Consulting Engineers A/S has been commissioned by Bladt Industries A/S to design the new oil terminal in Frederikshavn in northern Jutland.

11 storage tanks are placed in a tank basin – 245 meter long and 48 meter wide concrete containment.

The tank basin is placed on a PE membrane to ensure that no leakages into the environment will occur. Two subterranean concrete canals leading the product pipes under the quay to each of the two berths.

ISC has carried out the design of the complete pipeline installation. ISC has also assisted in the process of import and export of products. The design of tank foundations and other concrete structures has been designed by ISC as well. During the building phase ISC assists with building petitions etc.

The construction has been commenced and the new terminal is expected to be finished in the fall 2020.
