Inbicon
The Inbicon plant in Kalundborg produced bio-ethanol from straw. 30,000 tonnes of straw are processed per year. Each year, the bio-ethanol plant must produce approximately 5 million liters of bioethanol, 13,000 tonnes of biofuel, and 11,000 tonnes of animal feed. The facility was acquired by another company in 2020.
ISC has carried out detailed planning for Inbicon of the "upstream" part and the steam supply at Inbicon's second-generation bio-ethanol plant.
Services Provided by ISC
In the pre-project, ISC assisted in the configuration of PlantSpace for the project, which involved creating and adapting pipe specifications. In addition, ISC has been involved in optimizing the layout. During the retail project, ISC also provided design services, including the preparation of
isometrics, tail drawings, and calculation documentation for the authorities' approval and execution. In conclusion, ISC has carried out supervisory assistance in constructing the project "on-site."
