The municipality of Kolding, Denmark has installed a Public Therapy Garden in order to offer the community a nature-based therapy to among other stress affected citizens. ISC Consulting Engineers are turnkey consultants on the project for the Municipality of Kolding.

On August 29th, 2019 the topping out ceremony was held – which is a tribute to the workers on the project.

True to tradition hotdogs were served – and as a special treat in beautiful nature they were cooked over bonfires. Speeches by the Senior citizen-, health- and recreational director Annete Lund, and the chairman of the social and health committee Hans Holmer, and skill coordinator Britta Vestermark Husfeldt were held.

The Therapy Garden Moellebaek will be in the frontline inspiring citizens, employees and partners to make use of the nature in order to prevent and treat stress and stress related challenges.

One of the goals is that the Garden will inspire other common therapy gardens in Denmark.
