Orchestra Pit for the Amphitheater Hedeland

2007-02-08

ISC has been overall consultants in the establishment of a new roofed orchestra pit for the Amphitheater Hedeland.

The theater has been constructed so that there is a free view to the surrounding landscape which creates a part of the total impression of the set design and at the same time ensures the orchestra optimum conditions.

In order to make use of the theater for other events the orchestra pit has been designed so it can be totally roofed and the roof can be converted into a stage in front of the existing scene by the help of a special hydraulic system.

The theater will be re inaugurated in August 2007 with the performance of the opera Carmen.
