Offshore Substructures

ISC is known for our substructure design based on decades of experience with all types of substructures. We provide the requested substructure suitable for the employer's requirements while focusing on all aspects of the project.

The substructure will be designed to suit all requirements, including transportation, installation, and fabrication friendliness. We are working with clients and yards worldwide and are always adapting to the project's boundaries and limitations.

Our team covers all parts of the design from pre-FEED to detailed design. This includes design for primary and secondary structures, geotechnical design, scour assessment, driveability, transport and installation, and cathodic protection design.

We adopt our substructure design to synergise with the WTG foundations, thereby reducing cost by adjusting the footprint for pre-piled jackets to an available piling template or by matching the WTG flanges for the monopile.

ISC has designed multiple pre-piled jackets, numerous post-piled jackets, and monopiles, while also having detailed designs for float over jackets for large HVDC substations.
