Gode Wind 1
The wind farm covers 42 km2 and consists of 54 wind turbines of 6 MW each. The substation has a capacity of 332 MW.
The topside is located in the German part of the North Sea on a traditional four-legged jacket on 30 m of water about 40 km from the German coast.
The topside weighs 1930 tons, and the jacket weighs 1790 tons. Gode Wind 1 is a classic design with two transformers and a helideck.
