Holbæk Care Home
The care housing is constructed as three-point buildings with two stories and a partial basement. Each building comprises two residential units, each with 13–14 dwellings, along with associated communal areas and service facilities. The three buildings are interconnected via a basement corridor.
The project is designed to achieve DGNB Gold + Heart certification.
The new care home consists of 80 care housing units, a day care centre, and service areas. The total gross floor area amounts to 8,513 m², including the basement, distributed as follows:
- Residential area: 6,018 m²
- Service area: 1,075 m²
- Day care centre: 307 m²
- Basement: 1,113 m²
