Brief about the project
ISC, in collaboration with general contractor Morten C. Henriksen A/S, HM-Gruppen A/S, Kullegaard Arkitekter A/S, CSK Stålindustri A/S, OBH, Torkil Laursen A/S, Riis Akustik ApS, Kragh & Berglund A Dish A/S designed Holbæk SportsCity. The project includes a swimming pool with a 50×25 meter pool, spectator facilities, a play and teaching pool and a therapy pool.
There is a multi-purpose hall with 2 handball courts, both with permanent stands and mobile stands, a racket hall with space for badminton, tennis, squash, table tennis and mobile stands.
In addition, there are football facilities with 6 football pitches, of which there are two 7-a-side pitches, four 5-a-side pitches, two synthetic pitches, a stadium with space for 300 seated spectators, a demonstration pitch surrounded by athletics track.
There is a Health Center with five training rooms of varying sizes, treatment rooms, online rooms, etc. In addition, there is an associated foyer with association area with common facilities, cafe and kitchen facilities, cloakroom, reception and warehouse, etc.
The role of the advisor:
- ISC has, among other things, carried out design of rainwater and waste water from the building as well as parking areas, static documentation, design of concrete structures and carried out professional supervision.
