Kulgrunden

Kulgrunden comprises 55 luxury residences across three blocks. Block 1 contains 21 rental units, Block 2 contains 19 owner-occupied units, and Block 3 contains 15 owner-occupied units. The apartments have an average size of 114 m².

The blocks feature a complex structural system of six storeys and a sloping architectural form. The technical installations are equally complex due to the buildings' sloping geometry.

In total, the project comprises 8,300 m² of residential area, 400 m² of basement space, and 4,000 m² of roof terraces.

The project is partially located within a §8 zone, which imposes special requirements on the ground slab. Technical installations include decentralized ventilation units and comply with the Building Regulations 2020 (BR20).
