Strandboligerne i Brøndby

As a replacement for the housing offer, Lionslund, 38 disabled-friendly homes will be built. The new building consists of a main building with 24 homes and a terraced house on two levels with 14 homes and associated service areas. In total, a total of approx. 3,234 m2.

In addition, there is a major landscaping project that includes the establishment of common areas, noise screens against the motorway or the railway, sheds, gardens and parking. Next, a smaller road project will be carried out to connect the area. The new housing offer was won in a turnkey tender with Contractor Morten C. Henriksen and Link Architects.

The building is expected to be ready for residents to move into in January 2024.
